Not the drink but a small fishing village in Devon. The spread of the Internet is such that even this small place has not only a .co.uk but also a .com. I was going to start an argument about which country has the best beer in the world but thought better of it :-)

as for the best beer .. i'm a fan of the Belgians ... but give me an ale & i'll be a happy chappy!
local festivals going on near me! ... the usual one is at the end of July - highly recommended for good Cornish ales/foods/music (local & relatively well known) ! ... & this year they've got an extra one next weekend (lets hope the weather picks up!) ... Cruise To The Views

Tony, Run to the Sun is in Newquay .. this is a new smaller festival at the other end of Cornwall (trying to cash in a bit, i would say! ... but an amazing place for a festival!) .. unfortunately the lineup isn't that great (unlike the July one) .. but the vibe will be great!
